Naked catnip – Nepeta nuda – is a hardy, decorative and aromatic perennial plant. Real catnip is also found as a wild plant in Latvia, so it is well adapted to our climatic conditions.

• Height: 80 cm
• Width: around 40–60 cm
• Flowering: June–August
• Flowers: White, delicate, arranged in spike-shaped inflorescences
• Leaves: Narrow, with a gentle, pleasant aroma – smooth, not as hairy as other catnips (hence the "naked")
