Delivery options and costs

• Omniva parcel locker — €4.20 per box
• Courier delivery — €12.00 per box

Maximum box weight — 30 kg.

Box capacity

• 0.5 l containers (P9, P11) — up to 24 pcs.
• 1 l containers (P13) — approximately 15 pcs.

One box contains plants of the same container size.

Delivery times

In-stock items from your order are dispatched within 2 weeks of payment receipt.

Orders are processed only after payment is received. Please pay within 48 hours to secure your reservation.

Plant origin

Most plants are sourced from European growers and acclimatised at our nursery before sale.

Self-pickup

Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to agree on a suitable time.

Returns

Under consumer protection regulations you have the right to return goods within 14 days. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.

If delivery is unexpectedly delayed, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days.
