Low-growing, compact grass. Forms fine, 30 cm tall, delicate leaf tufts. Starts to bloom in August - October with fluffy flower spikes. Foliage – green, fine, slightly overlapping. In autumn, the foliage turns golden yellow. Retains its decorativeness even in winter. Planting place is sunny. Soil - dry, moderately moist, moderately rich. Note that the grass wakes up very late!
